Our pricing includes: hire of table props (boards, platters & disposable cutlery), fresh foliage, table styling, cocktail napkins, & travel within Lisbon area. Extra fee applies to events outside Lisbon area.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to confirm all grazing table bookings. Your booking date and time is not secured until the deposit has been paid. Final payment is due 48 hours before the event.

We’ll arrive 1.5 - 2 hrs prior to the event to set-up, all we need on the day is the table, in a cool place.

After the event, all table props need to be returned to us in Lisbon, unless alternate collection has been arranged.
